I know, I know, I know. My subject line isn't exactly the typical perky Megan you're used to. But I'm tired! 🤣 I bet you are, too.

Over the past few weeks, I've realized that I'm a few things beyond who I consciously embodied. Someone beyond "The Good Business Witch" and mom, friend, partner, client, etc.

I'm a healer, and I'm a record keeper.

You may not know this, but I actually have two grad degrees (I know, overachiever, right?). My first one is in military history.

I'm legit a historian. It's where I learned how to research, how to approach a situation without bias, and how to gather information before making a decision. I have a huge capacity for information because of it.

Before I journeyed into the world of history, I was enthralled by human nature.

I wanted to be a therapist. That is until I realized what I would have to drag my empathetic soul through to do my job.

Yet, the passion for helping others has remained. I mean, you don't just go get a Reiki Master certification for the fun of it.

So all of this is to say I'm feeling called to serve my community more from this healer and record-keeper place this year. And the first iteration of it is my free workshop, Hex the Stress Cycle.​

In one short hour, I'll help you understand the stress cycle, identify which response you tend to have to stress, and how to recognize stress in your body. I'll give you practical and magickal tips for breaking that cycle using somatic release exercises, emotional regulation, and a cord-cutting visualization.

At the end, I'll lead you in a collective release ritual, and you'll walk away with new self-soothing tools in your "toolbox" to use whenever you need them.
