My "oh sh!t" moment...

I want to share a vision with you:

Imagine yourself a few weeks from now. You're no longer second-guessing every decision. You're not carrying the weight of everyone else's needs on your shoulders. You're not running solely on caffeine and grit. And the guilt? It's going away.

I had my wake-up call in 2021. I call it my "oh shit" moment, when I realized it was time to either fix my burnout or roll over and let it take over me. I'd lost connection to my spark - the part of my soul that feels its way through days. Instead of taking time to do things I enjoyed, like writing for myself or pulling cards, I was working 10-12 hour days and then collapsing on the couch, staring vacantly at whatever we'd picked to watch on Netflix.

No matter what I did, I always felt like I had to keep pushing. Things like a nap or a do-nothing Saturday felt like they needed explanation. I felt shame over my situation, because wasn't I supposed to love this booked-and-busy-and-blessed lifestyle?

Long story short, my recovery led to the deep research and healing that I discuss in Breaking Up With Burnout.

These days, I've got my eyes on a swivel for my burnout triggers across the 6 types of burnout. I tap into my unique Energy Profile. I also implement real-life tools, rituals, and self-support each week.

And as I started these little rituals for myself, I found my inner power again.

This is what I want for you. Because you're not lazy. You're not too sensitive. You're not crazy. You're not broken.

You are powerful. You are magickal. You are a masterpiece in a human body.
