A gentle self-care reminder

Hi Reader,

Phew, it's been a week, huh? I keep saying, "Eclipse season be eclipsing!" and I don't know about you, but doors are closing as others are opening in my personal and work lives. It's also more than a little bit ungrounding these days, so if you feel like the whole world is spinning out of control,

  • Pause. Breathe.
  • Step outside if you can and literally touch grass.
  • Drink enough water. You probably need more than you think.
  • Keep up with your self-care, which includes annual check-ups, dental cleanings, and therapy appointments.

We'll get through this together. Let me know if you need anything.

These are the same tools I've been leaning into recently. Step 1: Spot the Signs Start paying attention to your feelings, habits,...

Hi Reader, It's officially October! I'm so excited! My Octobers are always busy and if you're not following me on Instgram, make sure you hop on that crazy train, because I'm taking you with me to all the events I'll be working, shopping, attending, and volunteering at throughout the month. October brings the energy of transitions. Although autumn technically began in September, we're starting to feel it this month. The leaves are shifting from green to red, yellow, orange, and brown. The...
