I built a powerful program that I loved. I just didn't have a way to sell people into it.
When I finished my certification in a science-backed meditation modality, I was so pumped to share it with the world. I'd already led a few local group classes and knew this work had a real place in my business.
I'd poured hours into that certification. Completed my practicum, logged my required hours, proven I knew what I was doing. I'd seen the results myself, and watched my students get them too.
So I figured: if I just worked harder and talked about it more, I could build this into a real arm of my business.
Here's what nobody tells you about certification programs: they teach you to be a great facilitator. They do not teach you sales. They do not give you a system for keeping up with clients. They do not hand you a process for actually building the business part of your business.
I wasn't broken. My foundation was.
If you're in that spot right now, doing all the things, wondering if you should just give up...please don't. This isn't a sign you're not cut out for this. It's a sign that something structural needs to shift, and the time to shift it is now.
Once I figured out how to build a repeatable, structured system for my business, everything changed. Not because I suddenly started working harder. Because I finally had a second brain in my business doing the heavy lifting instead of me.
