What's ACTUALLY working for you right now?

Hi Reader,

It's easy to get caught up in the busyness of the season & if you've listened to this week's podcast episode, you know I had my own acute burnout experience a few days ago. I'm much better now and I've reframed a couple of my thoughts to help me tackle the rest of the season with health and magick.

That's the beauty of this work - when stress rears its ugly head and burnout looms, it's way easier to cut it off at the pass so it doesn't become a problem.

Our brains are programed to look for errors and threats in the environment. To our ancestors, that looked like large animal predators or a warring tribe coming over the hill with spears or swords held at the ready.

Today, our brains register micro expressions as threats or safety (even more so if you've experienced trauma). Unassuming questions like, "Can we talk later?" send us into a tailspin.

And it's super easy to focus on what isn't working in your life. So, this week, instead of focusing on that, let's hone in on what IS working.

πŸ’œ What's flowing easily this week?

πŸ’œ What moments are making you feel alive, calm, or connected?

πŸ’œ Where are you noticing your energy (instead of your effort) carrying you forward?

It's easy to skip over what's going right...because our neurobiology is programed for the opposite!

Your body stores wisdom, though, and when you pay attention to how success feels, you start building your life and business from regulation, not reactivity.

Your nervous system can be your most trusted business mentor. Success can come from leaning into what already works and letting that lead the way.

If this kind of grounded clarity sounds like a shift you've been craving, that's exactly what you and I do together in the Business Alchemy Code. We map your strategy around your energy, not the other way around.

Now's a great time to get started, as we'll work together into the first month of 2026. Wouldn't it be amazing to have the whole year artfully created so you can just follow the flow throughout the seasons?

Remember, lean into your flow. You've got this.

Happy Wednesday 🫢🏻

Hi Reader, My neighbor's tree right out my office window has gorgeous purple blooms right now that the migrating Monarch butterflies can't get enough of. It's been cool but so nice. And now today, it's 51 degrees (feels like 45 according to the weather app) and leaves are blowing off their branches against the bright blue sky. It reminds me that it’s the season of both letting go and holding on. This time of year used to make me anxious. I’d look back and wonder if I’d done enough, grown...

Hi Reader, I pulled a Tarot card for you today. It's from the Rhythm and Soul Tarot, by Stacey Williams-Ng, and this is quickly becoming one of my favorite decks. Our card today is Queen of Jazz: The Jazz suit takes the place of the Wands in this deck, so you can look up the meaning of this card via your favorite resource. However, there's value in communing with this card. "The Queen of Jazz is self-assured, energetic, and creative. She is absolutely brimming with talent and enthusiasm,...

Hi Reader, I know so many nice people. Many of these people are older ladies I've met at political meetings lately. I adore them. They mean well. They're so nice. When I was growing up, I was told to be nice. Nice meant being polite, holding my tongue, and not wearing white after Labor Day (yes, really.). It meant knowing how to behave at the Easter lunch table and how to write a thank you note after an event. In the early years of my career, being nice meant ceding the conversation to...
