❤️🔥COVEN CALL
Mercury or a Systems Issue?
If your business feels like it's held together by a hair tie and a prayer, then we need to talk. Communication issues, missed deadlines, and team conflicts are only made worse during Mercury Retrograde, but my friend, they're already there.
So here's a question for you: Where in your business does a single missed step cause a cascade of issues?
Another question: Where is the biz process or where are the steps only living in your head?
Mercury Retrograde invites us to review, reassess, rest, renegotiate (especially with yourself), research, respond instead of react, and recognize your patterns that are standing in your way.
BTW, I'm talking about it all in this week's The Glow Up Revolution episode! Listen to it here.

🎴DECK DECREE
Fire Magick Headed Your Way!
My Goddesses Among Us deck was calling to me this morning and now I can see why. I pulled Pele: the Hawaiian goddess of fire, lightning, and volcanoes. She commands the element of fire, which can be both creative and destructive.
Embody her energy by respecting nature and fire, recognizing your own creative power, following your inner fire, and commanding respect from others.
And finally, embody her by rising up! For yourself and others, today and every day. 🔥

🪄 NERVOUS SYSTEM NOVEMBER
Jot it Down
The holidays are right around the corner and things are about to get chaotic. Ok, maybe they're already chaotic.
For November, I'll be sharing ideas for nervous system regulation here in November. Or as I've seen some people post about it, "No-vember." 🤣
When things get super intense, don't try to hold all your to-dos and ideas in your head. Write that shit down! Preferably in a place where you can access it later, like your Notes app or your journal.
In a pinch, an old envelope on the kitchen counter works too. Just don't toss it out when you're clearing the clutter!
Give your brain and your nervous system a break by not trying to carry everything around in your head this month!
