Ground Yourself


Hi Reader,

This week has been a doozy for a lot of us (myself included). That's Cancer season + Mercury Retrograde for you!

So, today, I want to invite you to ground yourself. No, not like you were grounded as a kid...quite the opposite!

Go outside, put your feet on the actual ground, and take 3 big deep breaths with your eyes closed and your arms stretched out toward the sky.

It might just change your life. 🌞
